Calyos team enjoys event together

For the first time in a couple of years the whole Calyos team was able to enjoy attending a team building event together in France. Due to the pandemic, any event like this has been unfeasible, so it was great to have the chance to bring everyone together and celebrate the progress we have made over the last few years.

As a team of people we recognise the importance of our internal relationships as they are integral to our success. It was a unique opportunity to have almost all of the team spend some valuable time together, outside of the work environment to strengthen our relationships.

Together the team spent a day on the beach in France completing Koh-Lanta in two teams. Congratulations to the yellow team who successfully won the challenges 7 to 3. Following this the team freshened up for nice meal overlooking the coast.

"While Calyos is a company with international objectives it nevertheless retains a family friendly collaborative spirit. As a small team we all have several roles to play and are true multi-taskers, as in any growing community tensions sometimes arise but at Calyos are quickly resolved. What better than a moment of laughter and joy to bring us even closer together. We already know each other well but 36-hours under one roof together made it possible to appreciate each other to a greater degree.

Finally on my part, although I think that this feeling is really unanimous, we really had a great time relaxing in the sunshine together with ease. It is easy to create wonderful memories together when respect and friendship are always present. I didn't think our ties needed strengthening, but this time together only strengthened our bond! Our team only grows stronger. Thanks to the leadership team for making it happen.
