Adapt the system to your needs

No application is the same, hence each of our solutions is adaptable to your specific needs and design. Below we outline how several key parts of the solution can be modified to suit the thermal challenge you face.

The Evaporator plate

If you have multiple components side by side we can extend the plate as needed adding extra heat pipes. Calyos can also provide double sided evaporator plates. The size and mounting method can also be adapted to your specification.

The pipes

The pipes extend vertically spreading the heat throughout the condenser. The length of the vertical pipes can be customised, but not the orientation, hence why this solution is best for static applications. Additional pipes will be added as required.

Calyos can use any type of condenser, be it air, liquid, or a conductive plate. The size can be customized to the available space, but of course the amount of heat being dissipated is always a factor to consider here.
